At Clarah Studios, we want you to feel confident in your purchase and truly love your items. If for any reason your order isn't the right fit, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unworn, unused items in their original condition, with tags attached and in original packaging. 

To start a return, please contact support@clarahstudios.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide return instructions. 

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as Clarah Studios is not responsible for lost return packages.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days, bank and payment provider dependent. 

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size, please return your items for a refund and place a new order. 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@clarahstudios.com with photos and we will make it right.

Final Sale Items

Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or refund.
